I finally found a cute room that complemented the amazing darkroom set by Fancy Decor at The Arcade. How do you like the scene? I really liked the idea of peeking through a door into a dark room since darkrooms don’t have windows and are usually closed off. This mean searching through my inventory for a build that didn’t have a window.
And let me tell you now that was near impossible. I can officially state that I don’t own an interior building that doesn’t have any windows. Do you? and have you ever thought to check.
So I went down to Backdrop City for a visit and hopefully get insipired by some of backdrops. I found this one from WearHouse and thought, bingo. I believe I’ve found my darkroom. What happens normally is I like to look for and purchase the backdrop because I don’t know…I think I have performance anxiety. The eyes. The eyes are watching me and I feel shy about setting up my scenes. There is also the worry about how much time you’re taking and someone else might want to use the backdrop.
In general I prefer to buy it and build on my platform instead but sometimes it’s nice to challenge yourself to just build on site. Within a given time. So today, I decided to build the set on site. This is the final result and I’m happy now. It’s such a good gacha set that I really really wanted to have an environment that would suit it perfectly.
I sure have missed decorating.
