Do I have permission to go full throttle on Christmas now due to the fact that yesterday we got our first bonafide snow fall. It was amazing! big fat snowflakes and everything. It synced right up with the appearance of snow on my Animal Crossing Island, which was really rather fortuitous. I hadn’t even noticed it was snowing or meant to snow until they started hitting the windows and then I looked out into a flurry of snow with the kind of awed fascination that comes with seeing the first snow fall of winter.
It’s always beautiful and inspiring and you just have to stick your hand out and try to catch a few. I wasn’t so taken however that I managed to completely forget that should it stick it would be an awful pain in the rear. Not only would it be cold but it would be slippery and dangerous to walk or drive in. Let’s not forget the cold too, no winter is better spent indoors. Bears have the right of it. Fill your den and get it cosy then hide away and sleep all the winter long.
Now, what’s better for a Christmas feel inworld than to go right back to Tannenbaum, lots of decorations to fill your virtual den with. It also gives you another chance to pop round for one more shop while you wait for the Christmas round of Arcade to officially start. You thought we had done enough shopping in Tannenbaum but you would be wrong. We were only sidetracked momentarily for the Black Friday and weekend sales. I’m going to do one more pass with todays image so I sure hope you have some space left in your den for something new.
