Flower Girl

Bloom is here and it’s one of my favourate events because flowers and florals and promises of spring. It’s incredibly invigorating knowing the weather’s changing and buds are sprouting anew. I even saw the squirrels return a week back. I stopped to watch a few scuttling up the trees and they looked so ridiculously cute. Bear’s gotten right down into the theme of it all and even I was surprised just how good it ended up. The colours weren’t what I had expected she would end up with but I was pleasantly in love with it. So much so that the taking of a picture was immediate. I usually dawdle for a little before taking them. It’s nice to just take her out and about in Second Life before I commit to taking images. This time I just pulled out a backdrop and told her to stand right there.

I ‘love’ this hair. I don’t know if it’s because they are pretty, and thin braids or if it’s the beautiful flower attachments that come with it. Maybe it’s the length of them. I don’t know, I really like them. They are usually such a time and money expense to get done in the non-virtual world. Not in the Virtual world though. The eyeshadows are just utter perfection, if it were food you would be having a food wars ‘orgasmic food’ moment. They are so beautiful, are you seeing it? It’s gorgeous. I’m always surprised how good Warpaint’s makeups are…I somehow forget when I go for the staples on our shopping list. Then I’m impressed all over again and think ‘you fool, of course they make good makeup! you realised this last time and forgot!’ I can hear you thinking now ‘they can’t have been that good if you forgot’. No, they literally can for I have the memory span of a goldfish and I forget a lot of things. That’s why my phone is riddled with notifications and alarms for everything.

The eyes are by Avi-Glam and they really pretty actually. Bear’s favourate default eyes actually comes from this store. I feel like we have another contender for that. The bracelet is by NaaNaa’s and I don’t think we’ve ever visited this store before. It’s always a lovely surprise to find a new store with cute items. The bracelet is the first introduction and now I want to go have a nosey and see what else they make because if it as cute as this bracelet, with it’s cute little butterflies and pretty flower charms, then I’m sold.

Naturally because it was all colours and delights to today’s outfit I rather suggested a pretty dash of popping colour via this tattoo by Stardust. I think it married everything together in a pretty fun way. It’s like a pretty firework of pinks and purples.
