Hi! guess who’s done something stupid to her neck? me! I’ve been sat with a hot water bottle on it for the longest time but the pain doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. Maybe I am not doing it right? That’s the fun update for today. Nothing else exciting is happening. Nothing worth reporting anyway. All the excitement is in Second Life today.

It’s duo picture time, and good friends make for good duo pictures. In celebration of that I’m marrying two events together again. The Arcade and Collabor88. What do you think? there are so many gorgeous items that collaboration is made so much easier. Don’t we look the cutest? I’m clapping right now, so excitably too. You would think I had taken leave of my senses. On my left we have an outfit made up of items from The Arcade and on the right we have an outfit from Collabor88. Which is your favourate outfit. I know what mine is…both! but as a bias of course I’m going to think my avatar’s outfit is the best. You have to back yourself after all but secretly I really adore both.

Each outfit has something I adore about it. I mean look at the detail in the outfit with the corset and the cute ruffled skirt, amazing. All the little pearls decorating the outfit must have taken so long. Then to have it all in so many different sizes too, it must have taken forever. In comparison the dress should seem plain in comparison but it’s not. It’s such a simple elegant cut that on it’s own it’s jawdroppingly gorgeous but then you match it with accessories and wowzah it’s everything.

Oh and the hair, I LOVE this hair look at it. It’s the most pretty thing in the world. I usually am a fan of long swirling hair but these locs are so pretty and I fell in love with it in black though really I should have gone for dark brown. In contrast I love the Exile hair, I’m tempted to go and demo it myself and buy it. I absolutely love the soft looseness of that braid.

The pretty gold leaves are by Kotte and available at TMD and they remind me of the slivers of gold used to decorate the fanciest of things. Since we are being terribly fancy today then naturally it is the perfect topping to finish off the image. The leaves can be coloured differently, it comes with two greens as well as but it’s a lovely metalic green. I decided not to use the greens because I felt the golden/copper shades would be just the perfect colour for today’s shot. The HUD allows you to take off certain parts like the legs or the torso or the arms but in this picture I decided to leave it all on and edit out the parts I didn’t want because I wanted to keep as much of it in as possible.
