In the spring and summer times the colour yellow is one of my favourate colours especially in interiors because it always makes the room look bright and sunny. When the sun is gone, you still keep a piece of the bright warmth with you and the grey is somehow less grey. When the sun is full in the sky it maximises the feeling of sunshine and warmth in the room. Yellow is also a colour I wear in my everyday life when I am feeling particularly happy and want to feel bright and sunny.

So it was always guaranteed that I would fall in love with the Sofa in Ionic’s Nordic Life gacha set. Isn’t it so pretty? I love the contrast in colour of the pillows to the bright happy colour of the sofa. In setting up this scene I wanted to make an open plan seating and kitchenette area that was small and cosy. I do love small cozy scenes.
