This month seems to be the month for renewing acquaintances because besides getting a visit from Ichi I have had a visit from two more of my friends and it’s been so much fun. My virtual home hasn’t seen another virtual form but mine in so long that it’s probably been going through a phase of abject loneliness of it’s own. Simply because when I am in world I am either taking pictures or jumping through all the fun shopping events.
I am glad these influx of visits didn’t arrive when I was landless or between parcels. During those times it is entirely possible for me to be slumming it with no particular home base. At other times I go back to the Linden home so filled with rezzed prim boxes and completely un-decorated and while not being horrible, isn’t really the best place to invite people.
So, back to the point I was making. It’s been a while since I have had people come to spend time and visit me, some people I haven’t even heard from in months and months. I haven’t had a visit from anyone properly since May. So for today’s visit of course I made another picture session out of it. I guess it isn’t just Ichi being subjected to an impromptu photo session.
We were sitting in the garden anyway, it wasn’t a huge leap.
I ended up on the topic of The Girl Power event which would be starting soon and showed off some of the new make up and jewelry items that would be available. It was like a girly make up day and it was a lot of fun for me. Best of all these make up items work on the Lelutka mesh head.
I find it hard to find many people that make for this head but two magical girls came to the rescue in the form of Lychee and Rainbow Sundae (see even the names sound magical girl like) and they saved the day. I rarely get the chance to play make up wise with this head so naturally I went all out. I even got a chance to show the pretty little shrug top by Cynful it’s one of my favourate items at Fameshed. Yes, I still go through the shopping catalogues regardless. It’s that mix of cute and naughty again which always brings a smile to my face.
And least you think the decorations were limited to the face only you would be wrong because I’ve got a Stardust tattoo and it’s beautiful.
